The circuit generates an entire color as blue and amber color by using a TTL level and making 64, 16, 8 and 4 colors. This circuit consists of a color signal input unit (20) which outputs color signals and blanking pulses, a mode selection unit (30) which generates the first and the second mode selection signal (M0)(M1) for selecting a color frequency, a color monitor TTL processor (10) which operates 64, 16, 8 and 4 or EGA mode, CGA mode, and MDA mode color by inputting color signals, blanking pulses (BLK), the first and the second mode selection signals (M0) (M1), and the first and the second text signals (T0) (T1), a color signal output unit (50) which buffers the color signals from the color monitor TTL processor (10) to the output of a color monitor.
