PURPOSE:To certainly crush reinforcing bars inside of a building frame of an existing pipe at the time of wrecking, expanding and changing the existing pipe made of reinforced concrete. CONSTITUTION:An internal cylinder 23 provided with a crushing projection on its outer periphery in a form of forming a digging surface 10g of a cutter head 10 so that it is recessed from the outer periphery toward the central part and it is projected in the center of the cutter head 10 is provided as a crushing core. A wrecked matter transfer cavity 26 is cylindrically provided between the cutter head 10 and the internal cylinder 23, and a saw blade 101 is provided on a guide part 10d facing the wrecked matter transfer cavity 26. A shield device 7 is arranged so as to surround an iron pipe 6 in the state where a flow passage FL is secured inside of the iron pipe 6 temporarily provided in the middle of an obsolete pipe 3, a building frame 31 of the obsolete pipe 3 is collapsed by a shield digging forward motion, building frame pieces, reinforcing bars, etc. are transferred to the wrecked matter transfer cavity 26 along the digging surface 10g, and they are certainly crushed and treated there. |
