PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic motor having an output shaft and provided with a pressure means requiring no pressure regulation mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A rotor receiver 8 secured to an output shaft 14 is provided with a recess for receiving a coil spring 10. The coil spring 10 is fitted over a spring receiver 11 which can slide on the output shaft 14 in the axial and peripheral directions and interposed resiliently between the flange part 11a thereof and the rotor receiver 9. The spring receiver 11 opposes the rotor receiver 9 through a gap in the axial direction and abuts on the rotor receiver 9 moving axially along with the output shaft 14 thus serving as a thrust regulation member. |
