LIGHT FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER

摘要

PURPOSE:To realize the light frequency synthesizer with which CW light by an arbitrary light frequency is stably obtd. CONSTITUTION:Reference light generating means 1, 13 repetitively generate, at every prescribed period, reference light rays of the light frequency components changing stepwise at every specified time and generate timing signals in correspondence to the changes. Detecting means 2 to 8 detect the frequency differences between the reference light frequency selected arbitrarily from the light frequency components and the feedback light frequencies of the feedback light fed back so as to follow up the reference light frequency in synchronization with the timing signals. Output light generating means 9 to 12 generate the output light rays controlled in the light frequency according to the frequency differences and feed back the output light rays as feedback light rays to the detecting means.
