PURPOSE:To make an optical disk and an optical disk device thin. CONSTITUTION:The optical disk 40 is constituted so that a circular optical disk main body 42 is stuck and fixed to a hub 44 of magnetic material inserted into the central opening 41 of the optical disk main body 42. The optical disk device 60 is constituted so that a motor main body 62 for optical disk with a structure provided with no rotor yoke is attached to a chassis, and the rotor yoke is formed by the hub 44 when the optical disk 40 is loaded.
