PURPOSE:To obtain the film which is useful as a packaging material for medicine, agrochemical, etc., because of its high mechanical properties, water resistance, handleability, and stability at elevated humid temperature by using a resin containing polydioxolane of a specific molecular weight and has a specific crystallnity and spherulite size. CONSTITUTION:A film which contains polydioxolane and has a number-average molecular weight of 50,000 to 500,000 according to the size exclusion chromatography, a crystallinity of 25 to 75% measured according to the wide angle X-ray diffraction and less then 500mum spherulite size measured with a polarization microscope. The film is obtained by extruding a resin containing polydioxolane into a film at the output temperature of 50 to 200 deg.C and cooling it at -10 to 30 deg.C for 2 seconds to 5 minutes. |
