PURPOSE:To prepare a part of a molding tool by applying an existing molded product, wherein the molding tool is made into a structure so that injection pressure of resin raw materials can be controlled to atmospheric pressure or lower, the molding tool is prepared inexpensively/swiftly and monolithic molding with an existing molded product can be performed also. CONSTITUTION:In a molding tool, a bottom force and/or a top force are make to be a devided structure having two of a mold fringe part (3) and mold main body part (4), an existing molded product having a similar form to a desirous molded product is used, a mold clamping vacuum circuit 5 for clamping by atmospheric pressure is provided on the circumference of the mold registering face between the top force/bottom force and on the inside of which a pinching packing for pinching and holding the fringe part in an airtight state at a mold registering face. It is preferable that at least a part of a main part of the top force and/or the bottom force is constituted of a flexible material having restoration properties from a deformation. In a molding method, when need arises, a mold release agent is not applied to a mold main body part out of inner wall surface of the mold, so that a molded product is molded integrally with the mold main body part. |
