PURPOSE:To improve resistance to weather and adhesion by forming transparent filler composed of mixture of vinylidene-fluoride copolymer and acrylic resin, on the light incidence side surface of a photovoltaic element. CONSTITUTION:A photovoltaic element 102 is constituted by forming a semiconductor optically active layer as a photo conversion member, on a conductive substratum 101. Filler 103 on the light receiving side is necessary in order to camouflages the surface unevenness of the photovoltaic element 102 and maintain the bonding strength between the photovoltaic element 102 and a surface resin layer 104. Hence resistance to weather, resistance to heat and resistance to humidity are required, and further thermoplasticity and adhesive property are required at the time of thermocompression bonding. As material of the filler 103 which satisfies the above requirements, mixture of vinylidene-fluoride copolymer and acrylic resin is preferable, and the compound ratio is preferably 1/9-4/6. |
