PURPOSE:To improve the fluidity of powder without sacrifice of magnetic characteristics by adding a magnetic alloy powder, a powder of silicon dioxide or the like, and a binder composed of a specific epoxy resin main agent having specified dynamic viscosity. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic alloy powder is admixed with a binder composed at least three kinds of resins, i.e. a b-is phenol type A epoxy resin, a novolac epoxy resin, and an opoxy resin having polyol skelton in the main chain of molecule. The dynamic viscosity of the binder in 70wt.% butylcarbitol solution measured by Gardner method is set at 1X10<03>m<2>/s or below. Subsequently, 100 pts.wt. of the magnetic allow powder is admixed with 0.01-5 pts.wt. of silicon dioxide (silicon dioxide, urea group compound or amide group compound) power. This composition improves the magnetic characteristics of magnet and the fluidity of powder, while enhancing the moldability and productivity. |
