<p>PURPOSE:To surely collect usage charge from whole users by adding usage time, decoding data quantity or the number of decoding cases whenever a decoder is used so as to execute recording and displaying when book information selected from stored enciphered book information is decoded and displayed. CONSTITUTION:When enciphered book information is broadcasted, the book information is received by a book information receiving part 111 provided in a terminal 11 and stored in a book information storing part 112. A user selects book information required to be decoded through the use of a book information selecting part 113. Selected book information is received by the decoder 121, decoded there and displayed in a book display part 115. Then, decoded information is given to a measuring equipment 122 and the usage time, decoding data quantity or the number of the decoding cases of the decoder 121 is added. A value added by the measuring equipment 122 is recorded by a usage quantity meter 123 and the value recorded by a usage quantity meter 123 is displayed in a meter display part 124.</p> |
