PURPOSE:To provide the general-purpose support apparatus, of a sheetlike member, wherein one support apparatus can deal with the support of different kinds of sheetlike members. CONSTITUTION:Many support pins 24 are arranged and installed in an apparatus body 22 so as to be capable of being raised and lowered. The support pins 24 are raised by a pressure from a positive-pressure source 26, and the support pins 24 which have come into contact with the rear surface of a board 2 are sucked to the board 2 by a negative pressure from a negative-pressure source 28. When the pressure of the positive-pressure source 26 is cut off, the support pins 24 which have been sucked to the board 2 are left as they have been raised, and the support pins 24 which have come into contact with electronic components 10 fall by their own weight. In this state, a pressure from a positive- pressure source 30 for fixation is introduced into an elastic tube 52, the elastic table 52 is expanded, and the support pins 24 are fixed. |
