PURPOSE:To check the presence of the part overlapped with the graphic image such as the other road when a new graphic image of roads is plotted at the required position and to plot the graphic image automatically corrected accord ing to the result. CONSTITUTION:When the required position is designated and plotting graphic is designated, a plotting data generating device 1 checks whether or not the picture is overlapped with the other plotting data and when the overlapped part is found, the corrected plotting data are generated so as not to be plotted on the overlapped part. Plotting picture is performed based on the corrected plotting data. |
