PURPOSE:To reflect fault and repair information on improvement technology for a new product. CONSTITUTION:Reference information on faults and repair including technology information on mechanism design, electric circuit design, component selection, material selection, etc., is previously stored and the fault and repair information is inputted. Namely, an object product is selected and inputted (2) in a screen display F1, fault places are selected and inputted (S3) in order in screen displays F2 and F3, and then the symptoms of the fault is inputted (S4) and, a use state at the time of fault occurrence is inputted (S5) in a screen display F5, and the cause of the fault is decided (estimated) from the input states obtained so far by referring to the reference information to make a screen display. On the basis of it, repair which is actually made are selected and inputted in the screen display, the repairing person and repair place are selected and inputted in the screen display, and then the repair result is selected and inputted in the screen display. Those pieces of analytic information are transferred to a central processor through MODEMs. |
