<p>PURPOSE:To provide a transparent touch panel to be arranged on a liquid crystal display element, which is excellent in inputting property by a pen, difficult to reflect, and easy to see a drawing. CONSTITUTION:Two transparent electrode bases in which transparent electrodes 2, 4 are formed on transparent plastic base 3 and glass base 5, respectively are used, and a touch panel is assembled through a spacer 6 so that the respective transparent electrodes are opposed to each other. A transparent touch panel 10 having the constitution in which a first coating layer and a second coating layer 8 containing a fine particle material having an average particle size of 0.1-5mum are arranged on the plastic base 3 having the movable electrode 2 of the touch panel, and the refractive index of the first coating layer is smaller than that of the plastic base is arranged on a liquid crystal display element 1.</p> |
