<p>PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive roll for electrification having a simple layer structure and capable of preventing a blotting phenomenon such as bleeding or blooming and performing uniform and stable electrification without the occurrence of leakage irrespective of its use circumstances. CONSTITUTION:This roll for electrification 1 is constituted by laminating a conductive elastic layer 3 and a surface layer 4 in which a conductive substance is dispersed on a core material 2 in this order, and the surface layer 4 is constituted so that resistance value may be higher toward the outer side. The surface layer 4 has a high-resistance facing layer on the outer layer side and is constituted by using a thermosetting binder resin. Furthermore, the surface layer 4 is formed by electrostatic coating.</p> |
