PURPOSE:To reduce the breakdown voltage of an electric apparatus connected with a solar cell array. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of solar cells different in kind, e.g. crystalline silicon solar cells 11 and non-crystalline silicon solar cells 12 are connected in parallel without interposing diodes for preventing backward current. The output is led out from both ends of the parallel connection. |
