<p>PURPOSE:To thread a lead through an anode cap smoothly without use the of any solvent by forming a holding hole in which a lead holding cylindrical part is to be inserted, giving the hole an inside diameter which is greater than the outside diameter of the lead, and deforming the bore of the lead holding cylindrical part largely. CONSTITUTION:An anode cap holder 5 moves in the direction of a cylinder holding member 4, and the lead holding cylindrical part 3 of an anode cap 2 which is held is inserted into a holding hole 7. At this time, the tip of the cylindrical part 3 is pressed to the inside bottom of the holding hole 7 so that a deformation takes place in the direction of enlargement of the inside diameter. If in this condition a lead 8 is inserted into the cylindrical part 3 of the cap 2, the tip of the lead 8 reaches a chuck 14 of a lead drawout 6, which will move in the condition that the chuck 14 is grasping the lead 8. In this manner, the inside diameter of the holding hole 7 is made greater than the outside diameter of the lead 8, and the lead 8 is threaded through the cylindrical part 3 whose bore has deformed largely, and it is possible to thread the lead 8 smoothly. it is preferable that the cylinder holding member 4 is provided with an evacuation hole 10 which is in communication with the holding hole 7.</p> |
