<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture management device which can perform a small-scale but sure backup operation and a manufacture managing method which facilitates restoring operation. CONSTITUTION:The manufacture management device, equipped with a host computer 1 which manages information for every lots, terminal equipment 2 connected to the host computer 1 through a modem 5, etc., a storage means 4 which stores information on one lot, and an input/output part 23 which inputs and outputs information to and from the storage means 4, reads and processes manufacture process information in the storage means 4 with the terminal equipment 2 and then stores the processing result in the storage means 4 and host computer 1. Further, when the host computer 1 is in a stop state, the processing result is stored only in the storage means 4 and after its restoration, the processing result is transferred to the host computer 1 by this manufacture managing method.</p> |
