PURPOSE:To automatically decide the structure of a material with high accuracy at a high speed by taking into account the effect of multiple scattering which plays an extremely important role in highly reliable structure decision. CONSTITUTION:Such a weak point of the conventional structure deciding method that the trial-and-error arbitrariness and complicatedness can be eliminated and the structure of an unknown material can be accurately and quickly decided when the direction and intensity of scattered waves (transmitted or reflected waves) obtained when the same incident waves are made incident on the material from the opposite side of the scattered waves after making monochromatic corpuscular rays or electromagnetic waves incident on the material and obtaining transmitted waves or reflected waves 1, 2, and 3 as the scattered waves. |
