PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method of a solar cell wherein conversion efficiency is improved, and aluminum grains which cause substrate cracks are not generated, in a manufacturing method of a solar cell wherein an antireflection film and a PN junction are formed at the same time, and a process for eliminating an unnecessary N<+> layer which is to be formed on the substrate rear or the side surface is unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:A layer containing N-type impurities is formed on the light receiving surface side of a P-type silicon substrate 1, a titanium oxide film 3 is formed on the layer, the substrate 1 is heat-treated, a P<+> layer and a rear electrode 5 are formed by printing aluminum paste on the substrate rear and baking the paste, and a light receiving surface electrode 6 is formed. |
