PURPOSE:To make a dielectric ceramic composition have high dielectric constant, high no-load Q, controllable temperature coefficient of resonance frequency, be sintered at low temperature and to form layeres by sintering the composition together with Ag, Ag-Pd, Cu, etc., usable as an inner electrode material. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric ceramic composition has a formula; xBi2O3-(1-x) SiO2-yCaTiO3 wherein 0.65 0.65<=x<=0.90 (mole ratio), 0<=y<=5.0 (wt.%); and consists of bismuth, silicon, calcium titanate, and oxygen. |
