PURPOSE:To offer service at one place, which has been offered at separate places to a user, by using a file being specific to an annuity so as to execute additional service at the time of collecting annuity insurance fee and paying the annuity by means, of a multi-function terminal. CONSTITUTION:The various kinds of files 13-17 such as an annuity insured person file are connected to a host computer 12 and an institution kind file 19 is to the multi-function terminal 11. Identification information at least identifying the user is inputted and, based on the identification information, a personal data base or a general data base which are connected to the host computer 12, etc., are retrieved. Based on personal birth date or insurance fee collecting results which is retrieved from the personal data base and information of the institution, etc., which is retrieved from the general data base by the multi- function terminal 11 or the host computer 12, the processing of an annuity amount trial or of the replacement of the institution in accordance with the age of the user is executed and the processed result is offered to the user. |
