PURPOSE:To enable the evaluation and verification of a total production system from material supply to product delivery by executing feed-back with the output result of a production line simulation as input data. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a pipe forming process simulation part 3 which generates various kinds of data files such as variation kinds of inventory volumes by physical distribution lodgements daily kind-classified inventory volumes, etc., by inputting the daily order-accepting data, line capacity data, delivery lead time, etc., based on a production scheduling, a resin tube supply process simulation part 1 which generates the inventory volumes file of a resin pipe with output data of the pipe forming process simulation part 3 as an input and a pickling process simulation part 2 which generates and outputs the respective files such as the working ratio of a crane for carrying a steel tube, the occupancy ratio of a pickling tank or the like by inputting the output data of the pipe forming process simulation part 3. |
