PURPOSE:To stabilize the pressure and temperature that a steam system requires by increasing or decreasing the opening of cell cooling water control valve using a predetermined function according to the temperature detected by a temperature detector or a set temperature value. CONSTITUTION:Cell cooling water is supplied from a cooling water source to the inlet of the cell cooling pipe of a fuel cell main body 1 and to a steam separator 13. Water separated from the separator 13 is returned to the cooling water source 18 through a circulation line, and a steam system 17 receives steam generated by the separator 13. A control valve 12 is disposed at the outlet of the cell cooling pipe 2 to increase or decrease the cell cooling water according to a temperature value detected by a temperature detector 20. The detector 20 detects the temperature within the fuel cell or a set temperature value, and a controller 21 increases or decreases the aperture of the control valve 12 according to the detected value using a predetermined function. Then the steam generated by the separator 13 can be supplied to the system 17 with its pressure and temperature stabilized, and the pressure and temperature that the system 17 requires can be stably reached. |
