发明名称 DRIVING DEVICE FOR OPERATING SHAFT IN ELECTRONIC-COMPONENT INSERTION MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the descent stroke amount of an insertion shaft and to make an electronic-component insertion machine small by a method wherein the insertion shaft performs operations from the cutting operation of a dead wire for an electronic component up to the insertion operation of the electronic component into a printed- circuit board and a knockout action after the operations is performed only by the descent of a knockout shaft. CONSTITUTION:An action shaft is constituted of an insertion shaft 1, a sleeve shaft 2 and a knockout shaft 3. When the insertion shaft 1 is descended, lead wires for an electronic component are cut by a moving cutting edge 17 and a fixed cutting edge, and they are bent downward additionally. When the insertion shaft 1 is descended further, a moving bent arrow 18 which grips and holds shaped parts of the lead wires for the electronic component and a knockout claw 19 which has come into contact with horizontal parts of the lead wires for the electronic component are descended, and tip ends of the lead wires for the electronic component are inserted into through holes in a printed-circuit board. When the knockout shaft 2 is descended, the knockout claw 19 is descended, and a knockout operation is performed only by the descent of the knockout shaft without requiring the descent of the insertion shaft 1.
