摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance durability in an atmosphere at high temp. and humidity as well as under ordinary service conditions by forming a ferromagnetic metallic thin film on a nonmagnetic substrate and further forming a lubricant layer contg. a fluorine-contg. high molecular compd. having a specified mol.wt. on the thin film. CONSTITUTION:A lubricant layer contg. a fluorine-contg. high molecular compd. having 500-1,000,000 mol.wt. represented by the formula is formed on a ferromagnetic metallic thin film formed on a nonmagnetic substrate. The fluorine-contg. high molecular compd. is, e.g. polyvinylamine-alkylated polyvinyl amide- perfluoroalkylated polyvinyl amide. In the formula, Rf is 1-20C perfluoroalkyl, R1 is direct bond or 1-10C alkylene, R2 is 1-30C alkyl, x>1, y>0, z>=0 and x-y-z>0. The compd. is synthesized by perfluoroalkylating amino groups in polyvinylamine at the amido bonds.
