PURPOSE:To provide a skin pad for health which yields excellent effect by using stimulating particles with the whole part or a surface layer part composed of aluminum. CONSTITUTION:In this skin pad for health, one or two or more of solid stimulating particles 4 are mounted on a human body skin 7 by a mounting means (adhesive sheet as illustrated) 8. The whole of the solid stimulating particles 4 is made up of an aluminum molded body or a surface layer part of the solid stimulating particles 4 is composed of aluminum. A protrusion 3 may be provided on the side where the solid stimulating particles 4 contact the skin surface of the human body.
