CONSTITUTION:The Shore A hardness of a bead filler 6 provided between a carcass main body portion 1a and each wound-up portion 1b is made to be 75-99 degrees, and at the same time a radial height from a bead core inner peripheral surface is made to be 0.14-0.35 times the height H of a tire section, and the Shore A hardness of bead reinforcement rubber 7 provided on the outside of each wound-up portion is made to be 65-80 degrees, and the radial height from the bead core inner peripheral surface is made to be 0.28-0.6 times the height H of the tire section, and at the same time is made to be 1.5-3.5 times the same height of the bead filler 6. Also, the volume of the bead reinforcement rubber 7 is made to be 1.5-10 times that of the bead filler 6, and a bead reinforcement layer 8 arranged between the bead reinforcement rubber 7 and each wound-up portion 1b is formed of fiber cords of 840-1500d/2, and a radial inner end is positioned in the vicinity part of a bead core 5, and at the same time its radial outside is arranged at a position that is 0.3-0.5 times H from the bead core inner peripheral surface.</p> |
