PURPOSE:To detect a user who intrudes into the reverse side of a safety fence without arranging obstacles. CONSTITUTION:Since a plurality of PSD sensors 15, 16, and 17 having different detection distance range are installed at the nearly same places, the place close to the PSD sensor is detected by the PSD sensor having the shorter detection distance range, and the places in the successively for distance are detected by the PSD sensors having the detection distance which becomes longer successively.
