PURPOSE:To provide a liquid-sealed type vibration insulating device which is constituted to improve reliability of a seal part and facilitate manufacture. CONSTITUTION:A bent part 44B bent in a state to radially inwardly protrude approximately in a U-shape in cross section to a position below the cylinder part 44A of a caulking metal 44 fixed to a plate 18 is provided. A cover 40 is adhered to the bent part 44B. By nipping the cover 40 between the bent part 44B and the upper end of the cylinder part 44A through caulking of the upper end of the cylinder part 44A, the edge part 38A of a diaphragm 38 is compressed by a specified amount. Since a flange part 40A is formed in a flat shape, molding of the cover 40 is facilitated and since there is no need for after-processing after press molding, manufacture is facilitated. |
