PURPOSE:To produce a molded object wherein a foamed core material layer and a resin surface layer are integrally laminated by one process without separately employing a process producing the foamed sheet of a core material. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin sheet like article 1 is sent to a feed belt 5 and thermoplastic resin pellets or annular elements containing a foaming agent are scattered over the feed belt 5 and a thermoplastic resin sheet like article 2 is superposed thereon and the superposed one is heated to temp. equal to or higher than the decomposition temp. of the foaming agent by heating devices 9, 9 to foam the thermoplastic resin pellets or annular elements 3 containing the foaming agent to integrate them. By this constitution, a molded object 11 consisting of a foamed core material layer 112 and the skin layers 111, 111 composed of the thermoplastic resin sheet like articles 1, 2 is produced. |
