The invention relates to a vaccination calendar of the type including at least one information display support and at least one element mounted rotatably on the non-visible rear face of the said support. According to the invention, the support (1a) has at least one window (2a) allowing the viewing of information carried on the face opposite the rotary element during the rotation of the latter with respect to the support (1a), the said information consisting in particular of the months of a year, being arranged on the rotary element (4) in such a way that, upon selecting and displaying the index-forming month of birth of the person to be vaccinated, one or more subsequent dates of vaccination are displayed simultaneously.
