PURPOSE:To prevent meshes of a net also other than the part corresponding to a window cavity part of a molded article from being filled up with resin, by a method wherein a resin permeation preventing layer having a window part corresponding to the window cavity part of the molded article is laminated on one surface of the net, this layer is opposed onto the injection port side of a die, clamping is made so that the projecting part of a male is in contact with the window part, and molding is conducted. CONSTITUTION:A resin permeation preventing layer 2 has a window part 3 corresponding to a window cavity part 8 of a molded article and can be formed by bonding a sheet-shaped matter to a net 1 by a bonding agent or the like or by screen printing or others. A surface sheet 4 prepared by forming the resin permeation preventing layer 2 on this net 1 is supplied between dies 5 and the resin permeation preventing layer 2 is opposed to an injection port. Next, clamping is made so that the projecting part of a male of the dies 5 is in contact with the window part 3 of the surface sheet 5, and molten resin is injected for molding. By this method, the molded article with the net wherein a feeling of three dimensions of the net 1 is not varied between the part corresponding to the window cavity part 8 of the molded article and the part other than that part is obtained. |
