PURPOSE:To produce the high dense ceramic particles in a short time by sticking a ceramic component in slurry on the pin of a bar-shaped electrode for deposition using electrodeposition phenomenon and also separating and floculating the ceramic component from a solvent component. CONSTITUTION:The bar-shaped electrode 16 for deposition arranged freely insertably through an insulator 15 and the counter electrode 13 of the bar-shaped electrode 16 are immersed in ceramic slurry, and also voltage is impressed between the electrodes 16 and 13. The particles of the ceramic material in the ceramic slurry are electrodeposited at the tip part of the bar-shaped electrode 16 projecting from the insulator 15 by the impressed voltage. Then, the particles of the ceramic material electrodeposited on the bar-shaped electrode 16 are dried by heating. After finishing the heat drying of the particles of the ceramic material, the tip part of the electrode 16 is retracted into the insulator 15, and a ceramic granulated body is separated from the bar-shaped electrode 16 and thereby the ceramic particles are obtained. |
