PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of separation of water from gel with the passage of days by making proteins and/or starches contained or absorbed in alkali- modified mannan gel. CONSTITUTION:Proteins (soybean protein, albumin, casein sodium, etc.) and/or starches (water-soluble modified starch, pregelatinized starch, etc.) are substantially included or absorbed in an alkali-modified mannan gel. The effective content or absorption ratio thereof is about >=1wt.% based on the alkali-modified mannan gel. |
