The leaves of sponaria aloe are washed to remove side thorns to be sliced and crushed. The crushed leaves and jelly are mixed to prepare a broth, which is admixed with yogart and water (mixing ratio being 40:40:20 V/V%). The mixture for the drink is sterilized by ultra voilet and packaged in cans.
