The shoe according to the invention includes a carrying structure (8) between the wear sole (1) and the mid sole (4). This carrying structure (8) consists of a plurality of supports which are juxtaposed over at least the front part of the shoe, at the level of the half sole; these supports have the form of "tulips" or conical trumpets (9), the base of which is located on the side of the wear sole (1) and the flared, upper collar of which is located on the side of the mid sole (4). This type of structure permits maximum absorption of shock waves, both when the foot is placed on the ground and when it rolls over the ground. Moreover, in association with a perforated mid sole (4), the pressure caused by the weight of the body triggers a pumping mechanism which creates a ventilation phenomenon inside the shoe. <IMAGE>
