<p>PURPOSE:To enable low temp. sintering to minimize energy cost and also to enhance compounding ratio of incineration ash and also to utilize the waste of the auxiliary material for the acceleration of low temp. sintering in the production of a sintered compact from a incineration ash. CONSTITUTION:The production method is composed of the mixing stage at which one or >=2 kinds fine powder of the auxiliary material consisting of airborne ash residual dross, pumice, obsidian, pearlstone, SHIRASU(pumiceous sand), tuff, killas or waste glass is mixed in the incineration ash of trash, the forming stage at which water is added to the mixture obtained by the mixture state to attain 5-8% water content and the mixture is formed by high pressure press, the granulating stage at which the forming matter obtained by the forming stage is crushed and granulated in an arbitrary grain size and the sintering stage at which the crushed and granulated matter obtained by the granulating stage is heated and sintered with a rotary kiln.</p> |
