<p>PURPOSE:To provide a fan filter unit capable of supplying an air from which a gaseous component in air is removed with a low pressure loss. CONSTITUTION:In the fan filter unit provided with a blower F at the upstream side of an air flow passage and a filter 2 for removing suspended dust at the downstream, a synthetic resin foamed body 1 is disposed between the blower F and the filter 2 for removing the suspended dust and a gas adsorbent for adsorbing the gaseous component in a passing air is supported by the synthetic resin foamed body.</p> |
