DIFFUSION TYPE AERATING TANK

PURPOSE:To provide a diffusion type aerating tank which can extend the life of a membrane by arranging the flow of waste water contacting the membrane into a safe flow for the membrane when a membrane apparatus in which plural plane membrane structures are placed in parallel is immersed in a diffusion type aerator, and can increase a solid-liquid separation rate by making the pressure of the transmission side of a membrane unit negative and in which the rotation of a fluid of gas-liquid mixture is accelerated to promote the microorganism treatment of organic substances. CONSTITUTION:A number of plane membrane structures 3 are placed in parallel in a waste water treatment tank 1 equipped with a diffuser 21, and current plates 4 which arrange the flow direction of waste water to be parallel to the membrane are placed at the both ends of the unit of the membrane structures 3 and between the groups of more than one membrane structure. A means 52 is installed which makes the pressure of the transmission side of the membrane structures 3 negative.
