发明名称 PRODUCTION OF COMPOSITE PRODUCT HAVING FLAME COATING METAL LAYER
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the reproducibility of the adhesion of a high m.p. flame coating metal and the surface properties of a master by transferring the same fine uneven patterns as the surface of the produced master to the surface of a high m.p. flame coating metal layer composed of a high m.p. metal with an m.p. of a specific value or more. CONSTITUTION:A master having a surface shape reverse to that of a composite product to be produced is produced. Next, a release agent containing inorg. particles with an average particle size of 0.05-20mum is applied to the surface of the master and a high m.p. metal with an m.p. of 1000 deg.C or higher is applied to the coated surface of the master by flame spraying. The rear surface of the formed high m.p. flame coating metal layer is reinforced by a resin layer. After the reinforcing resin layer is cured, the composite product consisting of the high m.p. flame coating metal layer and the reinforcing resin layer is demolded from the master. By this method, the composite product having the high m.p. flame coating metal layer, excellent in characteristics such as abrasion resistance or mechanical strength and beautiful appearance due to fine uneven patterns can be obtained.
