PURPOSE: To provide a device which has a high tension and can be assembled at a low cost by injecting foam plastic material to be filled in a hollow tube frame to form a vial fitting part. CONSTITUTION: When plastic material 58 mixed with a foam material is injected in a hollow extrusion aluminium-made frame 12, the material 58 enters a passage to be moved to both ends of the frame 12 to be filled therein. Further the material 58 improves the tensile force characteristic in cooperation with the inner surface and projection of the frame 12. Simultaneously vertical vial fitting parts 64, 66 of a level 10, a horizontal vial fitting part 68, a hanging hole 70, and an end plate 72 are also formed. The injection molding low pressure process manufactures the final foam plastic having an independent closed cell internal structure closed in a fixed facing. As a result, it is possible to form a thick part with a density lower than that of an ordinary injection molding part with low residual stress without generating thin palpus, so that the material cost can be reduced.
