<p>PURPOSE:To provide a hollow product molding method sufficiently increasing the strength of the bonded part of half hollow products and not generating the problem of injection complicating a molding process, the problem of the selection of a resin and the problem of the deformation of the bonded part at the time of secondary molding. CONSTITUTION:In primary molding, a slide mold 1 and a movable mold 10 are used to integrally mold first and second half hollow members A, B so as to provide bonding parts Sa, Sb. In secondary molding, the slide mold 1 is slid upwardly with respect to the movable mold 10 to superpose one half hollow member B among the first and second half hollow members A, B subjected to the primary molding on the other half hollow member A so that the respective bonding parts Sa, Sb are opposed mutually and the inner surfaces of the bonding parts Sa, Sb of the superposed first and second half hollow members A, B are heated by heaters H, H or hot air to be partially melted. Them, the bonding parts Sa, Sb are pressed and welded to obtain a hollow product consisting of a pair of the first and second half hollow bodies A, B.</p> |
