This binder comprises a cover (1) having a top board (2), a spine (3) to which panels can be secured, and a lower board (4). Each of the boards and panels carries, glued to its inside surface or to both faces a plurality of sets of pockets (15, 18) arranged and fixed in series, as well as, alongside this sheet, a structure (13, 17) on which notes may be made and which can contain a secret compartment. The panels (16) are glued and fixed to the spine by dielectric, electronic, thermodielectric, thermal, thermo-electronic or ultrasonic welding, the welding being executed by dielectric or ultrasonic machines; another method of fixing may be pressure, tongue-and-groove assembly, rings, etc. <IMAGE>
