Device for accelerating the growth of hair, using a magnetic field to prevent hair loss and accelerate its growth. The device comprises a main body having a section forming a handle and a brush head fixed to the lower face of a base. When the hair is combed with the brush according to the invention, the positive magnetic fields of the magnetic rods are radiated onto the scalp, causing negative ionisation of the blood flow through the scalp, which improves the blood circulation in the blood microvessels of the dermis, producing proteins at the roots of the hair in order to arrest hair loss and accelerate its growth. <IMAGE>
