A supporting means 9 which is provided over the front wall traveling vehicle 8 and the rear wall traveling vehicle 8 on the non-sucking surface side and connects and supports the front and rear wall traveling vehicles 8, direction changing mechanisms 10 which are interposed between the supporting means 9 and the front and rear wall traveling vehicles 8 and independently change the direction of the front and rear wall traveling vehicles 8, and relative height changing mechanisms 11 to change the relative height of the front and rear wall traveling vehicles 8 are provided.
