(A) a moving filter (6) that closes one of supply and drain pump (4)(5) for changing flow direction of washing water by rise and fall and is installed at a flow turning point, (B) a driving means jointed to the filter part (6) to move the filter, when water supplied and drained. The moving filter (6) consists of a frame (7) having a fine filteration sieve (8) and top/bottom blocking members (9)(10). The driving means comprises: an operation shaft (11) jointed to a fixed hole (9a) formed in the top blocking member (9), an electromagnet (12) for operating the shaft (11), a spring (13) for giving an elastic force for the shaft.
