PURPOSE:To lighten a torque distribution mechanism by way of reducing torque working on a differential unit of the torque distribution mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A planetary carrier 8 which is one output element of a first differential unit D connected to an engine E is jointed to a right shaft 9, and a sun gear 5 which is the other output element is jointed to a left shaft 10. By jointing a planetary carrier 12 of a planetary gear mechanism P which is a second differential unit to the left shaft 10 and simultaneously interlocking and connecting an external tooth gear 17 of a ring gear 15 and an external tooth gear 16 of the planetary carrier 8 of the first differential unit D by a specified reduction ratio through a pair of spur gears 18, 19, a sun gear 14 is rotatively driven by a motor 20. As only torque of the motor 20 works on the planetary mechanism P which is the second differential unit, it is possible to miniaturize and lighten it.
