PURPOSE:To loosen a restriction of installing location of an air conditioning ventilation fan and to enable drain to be processed within a house. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioning and ventilation fan having air ventilation pipes 13, 14 for use in sucking and discharging air after partitioning an inside area of a pipe into a suction side and an air discharging side is constructed such that the ventilation pipe is divided into an air conditioning ventilation side and an outdoor side in a longitudinal direction, these ventilation pipes 13 and 14 are connected by a connecting box 15, and then a partition wall 16 for dividing a suction passage 17 and an air discharging side connecting the suction sides of the ventilation pipes 13, 14 divided in the connecting box 15 is formed and a drain pipe 26 is connected to a bottom part of the discharging side of the connecting box 15. |
