PURPOSE:To provide a method for measuring camera fitting position simply and accurately. CONSTITUTION:A mounting head is attached with a measuring jig in which first and second reference marks are prepared on its head as a reference on the position almost corresponding to the fitting position and the position opposite to a camera respectively. The first reference mark is recognized by a parts recognition camera to find out a coordinate value as a reference for the mounting head, and after the mounting head is moved so as to position the second reference mark just above the parts recognition camera, the lower side of the second reference mark is recognized by the parts recognition camera, and the coordinate value after the movement of the mounting head is found out on the basis of the recognized result and the coordinate value of the mounting head. Then, the accurate distance between the reference marks is obtained through the coordinate value and the upper side of the second reference mark is recognized by a board recognition camera. The recognized result and accurate distance between the reference marks are joined together so as to accurately obtain the fitting position between the mounting head and the board recognition camera. |
